This package includes any of the following that have not been completed after the venue location and wedding date have already been established

• Initial consultation to discuss your love story and wedding day dreams

• Telephone and email communication as needed beginning the day planner is retained 

• Meetings with you as needed to discuss wedding plans 

• Assistance with wedding budget planning

• Provide preferred vendor list

• Attend vendor meetings with you and negotiate contracts for you

• Full review of all vendor contracts before you sign

• Receive all guest responses and keep track of head count which will then be conveyed to vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding

• Will become the point of contact with all vendors until the end of the reception

• Provide month-to-month timeline for your piece of mind

• Completion of timelines for both ceremony and reception 

• Final walk-through of both wedding and reception venues to make sure all important details are covered 

• Confirmation of wedding date, location and time with vendors 2 weeks before date of wedding

• Will distribute all final payments to vendors on the day of the wedding (only in check form and only if the checks have already been filled out completely and put in separate labeled envelopes) 

• Arrival at the wedding site prior to the first vendor and will be available until the reception site is broken down 

• Coordination and management of wedding rehearsal  

• Oversight of all vendor work during the ceremony and reception

• Coordination of all announcements and special moments at the reception

• Ensuring all of gifts get to the appropriate vehicle for transporting at end of reception 

• Making sure any items left at the venue will be returned to bridal party and all rentals get returned as planned
