  • Initial consultation to discuss your selected vendors and wedding day details

  • Telephone and email communication as needed beginning the day the planner is retained

  • Will become the point of contact with all vendors beginning one month before date of wedding until the end of the reception

  • Will begin development of timelines for both ceremony and reception one month before date of wedding

  • Final walk-through of both wedding and reception venues to make sure all important details are covered

  • Confirmation of wedding date, location and time with vendors 2 weeks before date of wedding

  • Arrival at the wedding site prior to the first vendor and will be available until the reception site is broken down

  • Will distribute all final payments to vendors on the day of the wedding (only in check form and only if the checks have already been filled out completely and put in seperate labeled envelopes)   

  • Coordination and management of wedding rehearsal  

  • Oversight of all vendor work during the ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of all announcements and special moments at the reception

  • Ensuring all gifts get to the appropriate vehicle for transporting at end of reception

  • Making sure any items left at the wedding and reception venues will be returned to bridal party and all rentals get returned as planned
