Assistance & Guidance

  • Initial consultation to discuss your love story and wedding day dreams

  • Telephone and email communication as needed beginning the day planner is retained

  • Meetings with planner as needed to discuss wedding plans

  • Completion of timelines for both ceremony and reception

Day of Cordination

  • Final walk-through of both wedding and reception venues to make sure all important details are covered​

  • Arrival at the wedding site prior to the first vendor and will be available until the reception site is broken down

  • Coordination and management of wedding rehearsal 

  • Oversight of all vendor work during the ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of all announcements and special moments at the reception

  • Will ensure all gifts get to the appropriate vehicle for transporting at end of reception

  • Will make sure any items left at the ceremony and reception venues will be returned to bridal party and all rentals get returned as planned
